    Class: Duelist.
    Nationality: Philippines.
    Availability: locked from start (can be obtained through your contract or by paying 1000 Valorant points).

Eliminate your enemies at the speed of light with Neon. This young duelist can outrun the rest when it comes to mobility thanks to her fast-paced game play that she combines with burst discharges and bioelectric glows.

Neon's special abilities are as follows.
Neon's Q ability
Ability Q: Relay Blast

    Type: basic.
    Cost: 200 credits.
    Function: Instantly launches a beam of energy that bounces once. As it strikes each surface, the beam electrifies the ground below it with a stunning blast.

Neon Ability E
Ability E: Full steam ahead

    Type: signature.
    Cost: Free (2 reload kills).
    Function: Instantly channel Neon's power to increase her speed. When it's charged, use the alternate fire to activate an electric speeder. The speeder's charge resets on every two kills.

Neon Ability C
Ability C: Fast Lane

    Type: basic.
    Cost: 300 credits.
    Function: Shoots two lines of energy forward across the ground. These lines travel a short distance or until they hit an obstacle. The lines then rise up to become walls of static energy, blocking vision and dealing damage to enemies passing through them.

Neon Ability X
Ability X: Overload

    Type: Ultimate.
    Cost: 7 ultimate points.
    Function: Neon unleashes her full power and speed for a short period of time. Fire to channel her power into a deadly, precise, moving beam. Its duration resets with each kill.
